Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuse of your choice (always follow the instructions of your particular diffuser) to freshen the air and energize the room. May promote mental clarity Has balancing properties that may help mood swings and strong emotions Topical use: Add 4 or 5 drops to 1 oz. of a base oil (such as sweet almond oil, canola or olive oil) for a skin rub or massage.
